Our team attended to a client who reached out to us doubting the allegations made against him. He was accused of car theft, but something didn't feel right. Understanding his plight, we worked diligently, requesting additional discovery that eventually revealed the truth. After going through the newly surfaced evidence, it became clear that the alleged victim had not been entirely honest about her car being stolen. With this knowledge, we were able to get the case dismissed to the vast relief of our client. We're always here to fight for the truth until justice prevails!

Just completed a riveting case for a client facing an uphill legal battle. Our client reached out because they were staring down the barrel of a serious charge; felony child abuse with great bodily injury. After assessing the situation, we went straight to work. We represented our client from the arraignment all the way through to resolution. Hard work and strong advocacy paid off as the initial severe charge was reduced to misdemeanors at the preliminary hearing. Thankfully, it all culminated in a plea for probation with credit for time served.
